CEE's Professor Dimitrios Goulias Appointed to the Editorial Boards

Professor Goulias was recently appointed to the editorial board of two international journals: the "International Journal of Pavements" and the prestigious "ICE Journal of Construction Materials" of the Institute of Civil Engineers in UK.
