The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department also thanks Mr. Philip Tarnoff for his dedicated service as the Director of CATT over the past 11 years. CATT grew by leaps and bounds to its current stature and recognition in the transportation arena under his leadership. Additionally, we would like to thank the search committee, and especially Dr. Chuck Schwartz, for their hard work in screening the applicants and identifying a very talented pool of candidate in the search process.

Congratulations to Tom!
