Dr. Steven A. Gabriel was a recent featured invited speaker at OptimA, a conference, sponsored by the Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering Deptment at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The theme of the conference was optimization applications in engineering and applied science and Dr. Gabriel's presentation concerned Stackelberg games in Western European power markets.
