bioretention cells were held in April 2003.

Mote and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Prince George's County,
Alfonso Cornish officially dedicated the bioretention facilities on April
11, 2003. |

Environmental Protection Agency joined J. Dennis O’Connor, Vice
President for Research & Dean of Graduate Studies and Professor Allen
P. Davis from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering on
Monday, April 14 in an event to celebrate the installation of these
bioretention cells.
